Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

1. Are there minimums?

No, we do not have any order minimums. Please note that small quantities generally will result in higher labor costs.


2. What is your order capacity?

Our capacity will vary by product, season, and quantity. We do not have a specific capacity but can work with you to fulfill your order in the best way possible.

3. Can we meet to discuss my project?

We work by appointment only. Consultations are also available at a nominal fee to learn at length about your business and plans. We provide a broad scope of our services and will outline a plan of action for you. In order to  book an appointment, please confirm that you have all steps ready by reviewing our order checklist.


4. How long does it take to get back to me regarding a quote or other contact?

Contact us today to get started and we will respond within one week.

5. What are your production turnaround times?

For sample development, it generally takes between 2-6 weeks.

Bulk production projects will take 4-12 weeks to complete

Timeline varies due to complexity of product, units, construction, etc. 

*Please note all materials (fabric and trims) must be on hand in order to achieve these estimated timelines. 

6. Can you do rush orders?

Yes, we work very closely with our customers to produce in a timely manner. If you would like to fulfill a rush order, within reasonable means we can try to accommodate your needs. 

7. I am local to New York — can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, we can schedule a pick up appointment.

8. What are estimated costs?

New Development - we would need to review your tech packs. Please include all construction details.

Bulk Production - Each item cost will vary depending on complexity, construction, number of units, colorways, size range, and delivery dates. To ensure more accurate costing we would need to review the approved samples.

9. When is payment due?

We require a 50% deposit when placing your order and 50% upon completion. 

10. What forms of payment will you accept?

We accept checks, cash, ACH Payments, and Wire Transfers. Credit card payments will incur a 4% surcharge,


11. Do you provide blanks for my project?

We are strictly a cut and sew production company, and do not provide blank hoodies, tees, pants, etc. We can develop your desired product with a tech pack, and fabric and trims in hand.


12. Do you have any certifications?

Yes! We are licensed by the state of New York, and our certification is specialized in apparel manufacturing. We are certified by Nest seal of ethical handcraft. We are also inaugural recipients of the FMI grant program, which was created in collaboration with the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA) and New York City Economic Development Corporation (NYCEDC) to support New York Fashion Manufacturing.
